Movie Quotes
Here is a list of some of my favorite quotes from some of my favorite movies:
1. “That one goes there, THAT one goes there!”
2. “You talking to me? Well I’m the only one here.”
3. “Oh, I’m sorry, did I break your concentration?”
4. “Someday – and that day may never come – I’ll call upon you to do a service for me. But until that day, accept this justice as gift on my daughter’s wedding day.”
5. “I love the smell of napalm in the morning.”
6. “Medium-dry Vodka Martini… Shaken, not stirred.”
7. “Say ‘hello’ to my little friend!”
8. “Roads? Where we’re going we don’t need roads.”
9. “You’ll shoot your eye out!”
10. “There’s, another example. See, here I’m now by myself, uh, er, talking to myself. That’s, that’s chaos theory.”
Can anyone guess which movies they come from? One hint: No two quotes are from the same movie.
Cool! I know no. 8 is from Back to the Future
That’s right! Now only 9 more to go…
No. 3 is from Pulp Fiction, No. 5 from Apocalypse Now and No. 6 obviously from Bond… James Bond.
Alright. That leaves numbers 1, 2, 4, 7, 9 and 10.
I know all the answers! HA HA HA
I’m a little mad…. why is my picture thingy Luke Skywalker?
“Was that the first time someone sang the national anthem into your ass?”
“No.”
Uhhh… You got me on that one. What movie is that from, Zach?
shortbus. i suggest you watch it.
Number 9 is the movie where the little boy wants the BB gun for Christmas.
Yeah, it’s called “A Christmas Story”. I’ll let it pass.
Okay, 1. is from Star Wars Han talking to der Wookie
2. I’d guess is from some other movie, but is also quoted in Back to the Future 3, so that counts, right?
4. is godfather, seriously people, I’m a little disapointed in y’all.
7. is scarface… by the way, this is a good time to mention that Jabba’s and my own favorite quotes overlap eerily.
10. is that cop movie I think. Whith that british bloke and the guy from cruel intentions… No?
C’mon people, I didn’t look that up. Am I really the only one that has no life?!
Well, almost. #2 has been referenced in many movies, including “Back to the Future III”, however the original usage is by Rober DeNiro in “Taxi Driver”.
And I am shocked that absolutely nobody got #10. Hasn’t anyone seen Jeff Goldblum as Dr. Ian Malcolm in “Jurassic Park”? The chaos theory bit is a dead giveaway…
